With great sadness, we report the passing of Suley Fattah, beloved husband of Julie Eng. Suley passed away Monday due to complications from a heart attack. He died peacefully at Toronto General Hospital surrounded by his family.
Suley was a long-time associate of Magicana where he worked largely behind the curtain contributing significantly to our stage productions, publications and community outreach programs. His friendship will be greatly missed.
There will be a memorial for Suley this Saturday, January 28 at the Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre (map).

There will be a reception afterwards for immediate family only. Plans are also being made, in a few weeks' time, for a public celebration of his life. Time, date and location will be announced.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be considered for the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre to thank them for their exceptional care for Suley.
