Billy McComb Spins a Yarn

Billy McComb weaves comedy with sleight of hand on this appearance on The Magic Palace.

He performs the broken and restored thread (often referred to as the "Gypsy Thread"). While this is most often seen with sewing thread and performed close-up, this version done with thicker yarn is visible for a larger audience. 

He also performs an interesting version of the card-to-envelope. Instead of using a playing card, he combines it with elements from the "Bill in the Lemon" (Emil Jarrow) to vanish and re-produce a borrowed credit card.
